Hi, I'm Colleen Boyd, an experienced, top-producing agent for both buyers and sellers along the popular gulf coast of Florida and Alabama. When I stumbled upon our beautiful beaches about 15 years ago I just knew I wanted to make this place my home. I loved it so much that I decided to share that love with anyone who felt the same desire to live here as well.

I have worked with military transfers, first-time home buyers, empty-nesters, growing families and investment/vacation property buyers. I sell all along the coast in Florida and Alabama, and everything from townhomes and condos to single family homes.
